We where offered a huge and spotlessly clean room with Aesop's soaps, the bedroom, comfortable bed. The location was excellent downstairs in the lounge area or coffee shop and the staff here was very polite and amazingly nice.

Appreciated our neat and unique rooms in this hotel.

We got a room with bidet.

The art and design here are on point, and the mini snack box brought back childhood memories!

The staff was amicable, efficient, and everything was good. City room was huge and new-fashioned had feather pillows. The bed was very comfy and it was great having Wi-Fi and soundproofing.

i have stayed in queen room for 2 nights, it was complete with housekeeping done on a daily basis and a fire alarm, for instance. location: the hotel was very close to all shopping centers, the restaurant and lounge area, and the bt bintang shopping area.

The hotel's location made exploring the city effortless, and the nostalgic snacks evoked fond memories from my childhood, enhancing the personal touch of my stay.

From skeptic to believer

Stylish interior, super comfy bed! Conveniently located near McDonald's and a petrol station. Loved the nice touches like Aesop toiletries and the basket of Malaysian snacks!

Minor issues with sound insulation caused disturbances. A slight musty odor lingered in my room, a tad off-putting.

The location posed a bit of a challenge. It's not particularly close to the historical spots in town. The bathroom setup, with its all-glass design, lacked privacy. Plus, maintenance issues were apparent. For instance, the A/C struggled to keep a consistent temperature, often leaving the room too chilly, while minor odors lingered, hinting at a ventilation problem.

Kloe Hotel is a feast for the eyes with its fine decor and thoughtful design. The City Room I had was spacious with large windows that let in plenty of light. The bed? So comfortable-it made it hard to get up in the mornings. There were a few issues. The A/C in my room was overly cold, almost too tricky to adjust just right. It made for a chilly night. The bathroom was super clean, stocked with nice toiletries, but I noticed a slight musty smell when entering my room that could use some ventilation. The hotel offers complimentary snacks, a sweet touch, very reminiscent of childhood treats. I also appreciated the little cafe in the lobby, serving great coffee, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. The ambiance was inviting, but the temperature control and minor odors left something to be desired.

Snacks in the room were a nice touch, triggering fond memories. Check-in was slow and frustrating, taking nearly 30 minutes. The happy hour offered a fun vibe, perfect for winding down after a long day. The staff were friendly and cute. I enjoyed my stay.

This place has such a cool, artsy vibe! The room was comfy, and the communal areas were perfect for just hanging out. The staff were super friendly and even recommended some great local spots. Breakfast at the diner was tasty, tho I wished the pool had longer hours. Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere!

Kloe is a lovely spot! We loved the convenient location near a mini waterfall. The staff really stood out-super friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the unique snacks in our room, such a cute touch. The overall design of the hotel also caught our eye.
